I did something I said I would never do...

...we trail rode on the Dixie National Trial Ride for 2 days around 35 miles in 38 degree weather. On Saturday the wind was blowing and the wind chill was MUCH cooler! We had a good time, but we thought the weather was going to be in the 50's and sunny. Boy, were we wrong!! Thankfully, I took plenty of clothes.


The boys had a ball...they didn't care how cold it was.

Blaine and Uncle Jamey. Jamey had to work in Memphis for a couple days this week and woke up to 8 inches of snow this morning. He is coming back tomorrow night to finish the ride.

This was our best friend over the weekend. It made the 38 degree weather tolerable.

Everytime we made Judd get off the mule and get in the wagon he just cried and cried. He thought he was just as big as everyone else!!

They both wore their chaps all weekend long. They looked so cute in them.

My sweet boys. They were so good this weekend. They enjoyed every minute of it!!

Not a worry in the world..sitting on a horse with a saddle horn in one hand and a monster truck in the other. It just doesn't get much better than that in the eyes of a 2 year old!!
