Church Easter Egg Hunt

We had our Church Easter egg hunt and fish fry last Wednesday night. This year it had a little twist...they hunted in the dark with flashlights. We had a great turnout and everyone seemed to really enjoy it.

The kids had a really good time playing on the new swing set.

My sweet blue eyed boy

Piper was even there!

Judd and Piper

So sweet!!

A little doll!

Judd had the BEST time hunting eggs. This was the first egg he found.

Blaine was not in the egg hunting mood. I think he was tired. I guess he had a hard day.

Judd hit the egg jackpot

He ended up with 26 eggs...pretty good for a 2 year old!!

Each age group was to find a different color egg. The pink ones were for 1 and 2 year olds. They were hid easier than some of the other colors. We did this so the bigger kids couldn't run out first and get all of the easily hidden eggs. I thought it was a great idea. As you can tell, Judd found a bunch of purple eggs also. Purple was for the oldest age group and there was only 1 in that age group, so the rest of the kids got to hunt them too.
